Terms of Service

By accessing or using PMC AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with laws and regulations applicable to you.

PMC AI provides AI-assisted tools for creating videos and related content, including automated generation, images, scripts, subtitles, scheduling, publishing integrations, and other features that may change over time. Features may depend on your account, plan, credits, third-party services, or technical availability.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly notify PMC AI if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Certain PMC AI features require credits or a paid plan. Prices, included credits, validity periods, and package terms are displayed in the service at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by PMC AI, consumed credits are not refundable. Third-party payment providers may also apply their own terms.

You retain ownership of content and materials you submit to PMC AI to the extent you have rights in them. You grant PMC AI the limited rights necessary to temporarily process, transform, and transmit your content to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the service. You are responsible for having all rights and permissions required for content you upload, generate, publish, or distribute.

AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, similarities to other content, or unexpected results. PMC AI does not guarantee that generated content is unique, factually correct, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from third-party claims. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or relying on it.

PMC AI does not retain or store raw production materials or AI-generated results as permanent storage or archives. Production files may exist temporarily only as technically necessary to generate and make the result available. Members must download their AI video production results within one (1) hour after production is completed. After that period, raw materials and generated results may be automatically and permanently deleted without recovery, and PMC AI is not responsible for files that a member did not download within the required period.

You may not use PMC AI for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or malicious activities. You may not bypass security controls, disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, impersonate others, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or create unreasonable technical load or risk.

PMC AI may integrate with YouTube, Google, payment providers, messaging platforms, or other third parties. Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies. PMC AI is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, API limitations, or actions taken by those providers.

When you connect a publishing account, you authorize PMC AI to perform the actions you configure, such as uploading generated videos and associated metadata. You remain responsible for published content, channel settings, platform-policy compliance, and maintaining valid authorization with the third-party platform.

PMC AI aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party dependencies, security events, or other circumstances may temporarily affect the service. PMC AI may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to improve, secure, or operate PMC AI.

PMC AI may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, security threats, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, non-payment, or material risks to the service or its users. You may stop using PMC AI at any time.

PMC AI, including its software, interface, branding, designs, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by PMC AI or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant ownership of PMC AI or permission to copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit protected components except where expressly permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PMC AI is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. PMC AI does not make warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI output, commercial results, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every third-party platform or device.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PMC AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or losses resulting from user content, AI-generated output, third-party services, or unauthorized account access beyond PMC AI's reasonable control.

PMC AI processes account, service, and technical data as necessary to provide and secure PMC AI. You should not submit confidential, sensitive, or personal information unless necessary for your intended use and you are authorized to process that information. Additional privacy terms or notices may apply where provided by PMC AI.

PMC AI may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations. Material updates may be communicated through the service or other reasonable means. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
