Create Video (Manual) lets you control each production directly. Choose the content language, theme, number of images, video duration, and other available settings, then enter your prompt or instructions and start generation. Review and download the completed production as soon as it is available.

Create Video (Auto Generate) creates content automatically from your saved schedule and preferences. Configure the active days, generation time, language, theme, and publishing options. The scheduler uses your profile time zone, so confirm that your time zone is correct before enabling it.

The Billing & Credits page shows your available balance and the credit packages offered for your account. One credit is used for each AI video production. Package availability, price, included credits, and payment terms are shown before you purchase.

Credit & Payment History records credit additions and deductions, package purchases, payment status, and related billing activity. Use it to verify when credits were received or consumed and to review previous payments.

YouTube Video Performance displays videos uploaded to YouTube through PMC AI and their available metrics, such as views and likes. Use Refresh Metrics to retrieve the latest information from YouTube. Metrics depend on the connected channel, valid YouTube authorization, and data made available by YouTube.

PMC AI is not permanent file storage. Raw production materials and generated results are retained only temporarily when technically required. Members must download completed AI video production results within one hour; after that, files may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

My Profile contains your account information and production preferences, including name, company, phone number, watermark, language, time zone, plan, account status, and credit information. Available fields may vary according to your account and plan.

Your language preference is used by supported creation workflows, while your time zone determines how schedules and member-specific dates are interpreted and displayed. Keep both settings accurate before using Auto Generate or evaluating upload dates.

Connect your YouTube account from Profile to enable supported upload and performance features. Auto Publish must also be enabled if you want completed videos uploaded automatically. If authorization expires or is revoked, reconnect the YouTube account before the next scheduled production.

You are responsible for your account, submitted materials, generated output, publishing decisions, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform policies. AI output may contain errors or unexpected results, so review every production before publishing or relying on it.

No. PMC AI does not retain raw production materials or AI-generated results as permanent storage or archives. Temporary files may exist only for the technical production process, and members must download completed results within one hour.
